Larry Miller Sr. Passed away April 29th

Following a brief illness and hospital stay, former Richmond Dragway Sportsman of the Year Larry Miller Sr passed away peacefully Friday evening.

“Larry was a consummate thinker and tireless promoter of our racing programs. In a year where our RD family has suffered many losses, Mr. Miller’s passing hits close to Home and heart. Our thoughts and prayers are with his wife Nan, children and grandchildren.” said track operator Johnny Davis.

A service will be held on Monday, May 2nd at 4 pm at Bennett Funeral Home on West Broad Street near Short Pump – check
