Commercial Electric to Sponsor Left Lane & Scoreboard

Mark Robertson and his Commercial Electric Inc have agreed to a multiyear arrangement to be the Left Lane and Scoreboard Sponsor at Richmond Dragway.

“This is huge news for our programs at Richmond Dragway - the faith Mark and his company have put behind our brand is a big committment to the future of RD and our ability to provide a top notch facility that continues to evolve for seasons to come. Richmond Dragway will certainly work diligently to deliver on Mark’s belief in us and our programs!” said an thrilled Johnny Davis after meeting with Mark Robertson to put the program in place.

Design work is underway right now to get the Commercial Electric Logo splashed up on the Left Lane Scoreboard.

The news of Commercial Electric’s involvement with Richmond Dragway comes on the heels of the extension from AED Performance’s sponsorship agreement.

“Its been a great week at the track and with the continued support of great racers, sponsors and fans, 2010 is going to be a banner season!” said Davis. “Mark Robertson and his family are not only wonderful racers and supportive sponsors to our facility, they are friends to everyone at RD, especially my family and we can’t thank them enough!”

Commercial Electric, Inc. has been providing electrical construction services in Virginia since 1976, and has grown to its present size and scope by identifying and expanding to meet our clients’ needs. We specialize in virtually all types of commercial and industrial fast-track projects.

We are a member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local Union #666. From a solid base of electrical training, we have carefully developed our core staff of approximately 40 individuals to supply our clients with expertise in electrical construction services. Our affiliation with IBEW Local 666 provides us with additional qualified electricians to complete projects in a timely and professional manner.
