Richmond Dragway 2010 Racing Schedule

The 2010 Racing Schedule is ready for release from Richmond Dragway featuring a mix of things old and new!

Returning on the lineup for 2010 is the commonwealth’s richest ET Points Series, the AED Performance ET Points Series featuring 20 events and the largest guaranteed weekly and end of the season payouts in the state! Also on tap is the return of the AED Friday Night Street Races, this season putting more emphasis on making these events “lifestyle races”

Signature events like the 2010 HENRICO COUNTY SPORTSMAN SHOWDOWN featuring the IHRA Sportsman Nationals and the Pro Am Tour return to the track to begin the month of June that will be action packed with the 2010 Kickoff to the Computech Raider Challenge Series 2 weeks later. The Top ET $5K to win per day is back in May. Also returning is the Sunoco Money Trail and Halloween Klash with $2500 to win Top and $1500 to win Mod at great entry fees and of course the Hangover Nationals scheduled for January 1, 2011.

New for 2010 is the wild 10.5 Ltd class from Performance Fabricators that has taken the Carolinas by storm and looks to leave its mark on Richmond Dragway. The Outlaw Small Block Association will visit the track for 2 events during the season as well. Finally, CarWarz presented by Richmond Performance Modifications will overtake the track in July!

Popular series including the Southern Outlaw Top Sportsman, Heads Up 4.90 Doorslammers and DC Outlaws will all take their place in the RD schedule too!
